Review content:
Bob Wagner real estate did a great job helping us find a nice apartment in the price range we were looking for. They work as an intermediary with private owners of the apartment buildings and potential tenants. It think they also may own some properties. There were actually three placed that they showed us that we liked. The agent even drove us around to see various places. The office is located in a neat old house on University Ave, and they show a number of properties in the Neighborhood of the Arts. Be aware that they do a credit check. Their website is a useful starting point, although it may not be 100% up to date. Good Luck!
