Businiess name:  Best Buy

Review content:
I have been having so many problems with Best Buy lately that it is ridiculous. I got a gift card for my birthday, I order what I wanted, it is on back order. A month later, they cancel my order. I emailed customer service about something, and got an answer totally unrelated to what I wanted to know. They also scammed my little brother over and subscribed him to a magazine when he was a minor because he didn't understand that "free" never means "free." In store service for Best Buy is a lot better (except for the whole magazine thing). Employees are generally helpful, and there is a good selection of everything you may want. Out of the past two DVDs I have purchased, I have been unable to find them at Best Buy, but they are available at (smaller) Circuit City. Though Best Buy is fine, I would recommend Circuit City first. They also have free shipping online as well (CC not Best Buy).
