Review content:
I love the tellers at the Monroe branch of Citibank. They always have lollipops for customers, and they seem to be cheerful and happy. (I only go on Saturdays, so I suppose it might be different on other days.) They are much more chatty and warm than the tellers at the other branches I've been to. Once they were even able to waive some fees for me when I had a lower than normal balance in my account. The branch has several indoor ATMs, a walk-up teller counter, a side office for insurance/investments/ new accounts and other special transactions, and a drive-up window. I also love the fact that the branch is in a house. It makes the atmosphere much more welcoming than your typical bank. There is parking in both front and back.
