Review content:
I have had my hair done a few times at this particular hair salon. I didn't ever have an issue with them, aside from back in 2001. I went in, and was seen by a woman named Mary. Older woman with long hair, and very nice. She and I had a nice conversation, and of course during that conversation, I explained how I wanted my hair done. I even showed her a picture of a simlar style, and said that I would prefer my hair cut shorter. She apparently figured that I might appreciate my hair left longer, and then if I didn't like it, I could go back and have more hair taken off. Well, after she was done, I guess it was hard to tell how it was being my hair was wet. But when I came home and dried & styled it, I was in tears. To be honest, "mullet" was the first thing that came to me. The next day I went back in and asked to be seen by someone else. I ended up with a funky younger girl with blue hair. No offense to Mary, but that's who I should have gone to in the first place. I stress out more about getting my hair done than I do about going to the dentist.
I appreciate the hair salon in general, but I would avoid the older lady named Mary- at least if you want your hair to look the way YOU want it to look!
