Review content:
This furniture store sells inferior merchandise and refuses to exchange or refund your money when you have your purchase delivered and discover that it is not what was displayed in the store. The owner, Bruce, basically told me that I was stuck with what I had bought and there was nothing he could do about MY problem.
I am an elderly woman living on a small social security check and I had saved for 5 months to buy a new bed since I have so much trouble with my back. The mattress was so cheap that it sank in the middle and offered no support whatsoever. I tried putting plywood under the mattress but that didn't help.
So now I am stuck with an expensive bed that I can't use and have no way of buying another one.
