Review content:
This hotel is very close to my apartment. I realized at 10 PM last night that I had left my apartment key with my car at the repair shop. All other hotels in the neighborhood were full; this was my last resort because I'm not familiar with the hotel name.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a queen. The 2nd shift desk clerk, Sherry, could not possibly have been any sweeter. She got me a bag of toiletries, offered to bring my signature card up to the suite, and even gave me sandwiches and chips when she found out that I hadn't eaten. She thought of, and tried to do, everything that would make my night better. It was truly appreciated.
