Review content:
This Taco Bell on Grand and York is great. They recently remodeled it so it looks pretty snazzy on the inside with nice seating and lights. There is also a long john silvers with it. The one manager there is especially good. I don’t eat meat so I get a 7 layer burrito usually. Sometimes I get a new item like a grilled stuft burrito. When he takes my order and I say ‘hey can I get that with no meat’ He says “sure, would you beans OR RICE to substitute”.. This is huge. The others will only offer beans as substitute because that is “policy”. And if you ask for rice, they get all scared and charge you extra. But extra beans is not the best, and extra rice makes is much tastier. This guy looks out for my needs and is improvising policy to serve his customers. That is how you should run business, and it keeps me going there. Even though there are plenty of healthier options. Ok I admit, its like 1 min from my place so if I’m in a bind it’s the quickest option. Ok beyond that the service is good and the quality is good. And the insides are way better than pretty much any fast food place in that price range.
