Review content:
I have read these other reviews and I am shocked. This was the worst dining experience of my life. I took my wife out last week and both our steaks were undercooked. We ordered them Medium-rare, and they came out barely cooked at all. They couldn't have been on the grill for more than a minute at the most. We sent them both back and saw our server talking to the cook in the open kitchen, and watched the cook tell the server he would not re-cook them. We travel and stay at the Marriott all the time and have never had this experience. If your going to have an open kitchen you should have cooks who look professional (e.g. NOT huge baggy over sized uniforms, NOT cooks who look they are on something, and for the love of God NOT cooks who refuse to cook steaks to a customers will). Next time, we will surely stay at another Marriott property, like the excellent ones they have downtown or in Buckhead.
Pros: Waitstaff and employee's of hotel were extremely curteous
Cons: Cooks were hardly professional, and could barely open eyes
