I agreed to a subscription of a couple of magazines. But, then work slowed way down. I knew I had to cut back on the extras. I called ARC within a week and canceled. When they started billing my card and sending me bills but no magazines, I called again to make sure they understood I had canceled. They wouldn't give me their name, the supervisor threatened me with an attorney and she refused to give her name and hung up on me. They have billed my card 3 times. I had to finally stop the card altogether. Then they call and try to threaten me. They harass me constantly. And you know with my profession I cannot be doing my construction trade and speaking with these idiots who don't understand what 'Do Not Call' means. They have contacted me at least 15 times since I told them, 'put me on your 'do not call' list', Don't they owe me money for each infraction? When the magazines started coming, I wrote return to sender, you know my brother- in- law is a mail man and he told me they just chuck that stuff in the trash.
So. I cannot give this company even 1 star. They are in the negative. I will pay news stand price from now on. And will NOT recommend them to anyone.
Pros: when you do finally get the magazines after about 8 weeks. That is 'if' you ordered them, they are the Magazines you ordered.
Cons: There customer service, supervisors, sales staff, the ones I dealt with, are liers.
