Businiess name:  Video Warehouse
Review by:  Denise G.
Review content:
Video Warehouse lives up to its name with just that...unfinished wood racks hold the dvd selection for rent. You can usually find all the recent blockbusters and most of the off-beat movies making the rounds at film festivals. Unfortunately, there is no extensive back catalog to choose from (older movies that are re-released on DVD). The main appeal for Video Warehouse is that I can rent four brand new (to DVD) movies for the price that a single ticket at the movie theatre will cost. At any of the chain video stores, this would cost around $20....here it's only $7.95. They also have game rentals for $6 a week. The same kind of selection applies (new releases, and a few of the "classics" for each platform) I've found that they like to clear house at least once a year by having a sidewalk sale (a great chance to pick up a used movie or game cheaply), and don't hang on to a lot of their inventory in general. If you want to stay in, catch a few movies and not break the piggy bank.....check out Video Warehouse. They're behind Lindy's/Chick-fil-a on N. Monroe, and open til midnight every night.
