Businiess name:  Blue Agave Club

You really can't beat the atmosphere at the Blue Agave Club on Main Street. Most of the seating is outdoors, in front of the restaurant itself, and in the evenings it's lit by strings of white lights. I've always thought it would be a lovely location for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Definitely do take the time to stroll by at night. Despite my love of the LOOK of the Blue Agave at night, I'd recommend that visitors go there for lunch rather than dinner. The lunch menu offers more choices, and is definitely cheaper. They offer a wide variety of salads, soups (inlcuding their special tortilla soup!), enchiladas, fajitas, and burritos, as well as combination platters, and special plates designed for children. My personal favorites are the cheese enchiladas suizas, tortillas filled with yummy green sauce, sour cream and cheese. It's really a perfect blend of flavors. Service is prompt and friendly. Finally, I'm not a drinker, but if I were, I'd take advantage of their huge selection of tequilas! - Rumor has it that they have more than 200 varieties on hand.
