My family has required the use of sign language interpreters for a very long time. I have many Deaf family members. My sister used an interpreter from this service last week for a doctors appointment. This was probably the 10th time my family has had interpreters from All County Interpreting. I was amazed that every time we have an interpreter from All County, they show up early for the appointment. They are NEVER late. They ALWAYS show up - never forget to come. They are reliable and professional. The interpreters that have worked with us are always highly qualified and have a lot of experience in the medical area of interpreting. We have also used them for other situations such as parent/teacher meetings at school, and college classes. We even had an interpreter from All County for a good friend's funeral. They were very nice and respectful and understanding. The coordinator (her name is Lynette Odell) is easy to work with. She makes sure my family has the same interpreter again, if they are available. She always takes times to make sure she has all the details she needs to give to the interpreter to make sure they know where they are going and what they are doing. She is a very nice girl. She also is the owner of All County Interpreting, and she is the only person at the office - she takes care of everything! I highly recommend All County Interpreting Services for the Deaf. They are waaaaaaaay better than any other interpreting company EVER! I love them and my family loves them, too. Their phone number is 631-382-2402. Just make sure you call them with enough notice. Although, they are good at getting interpreters "last minute", too. You will be very impressed with their professionalism and how nice they are, too.
Pros: very nice people, very reliable and professional and highly qualified interpreters
Cons: no cons at all!
