Review content:
I love eating sushi and I keep coming back to Ebisu - even though I don't live nearby. Their sushi is just so good! The place is not only serving excellent food, it is also super clean. The owners clearly pay attention to all details. The saying goes "as the bathroom, so the kitchen". Well, have a look and see for yourself.
Not surprisingly, on a typical night, most guests are Japanese.
Too bad I don't speak any japanese, otherwise the crumpy chef might actually talk to me sometimes ...
Pros: fresh, good, real japanese
