Review content:
It can be difficult to find a good, honest car repair person these days. I found that out recently when my father took his car to Motormate. I'm not sure if the mechanic intentionally tried to take advantage of my father, or if it was the business owner who decided on the inflated repair prices and extra "necessary" repairs, but my father ended up having to pay a lot more than he should have had to for what should have been a minor repair. My father's regular mechanic was out of town, and that is why he brought his car to Motormate. It wasn't until after the repair was finished that we realized what a bad decision that was. I can't speak for the entire business--it is possible that there are honest mechanics working there. Just be extra careful and vigilant about your repair service if you choose to take your vehicle to Motormate.
