Rick Case Hyundai service department is absoutely by far the worst...and I have been to a bunch of hyundai dealership...this one takes the cake. That service manager (Jim) I believe if he's still there is a fat joke, he says one thing and does another. Two faced and there is one really r otten mechanic that I hate. He's a real quick talker that knows everything about cars and never makes a mistake. PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE WHATEVER YOU DO! I HAVE HAD TOO MANY BAD PAST EXPERIENCES TO TALK ABOUT AND IM NOT GOING TO WASTE MY TIME OR YOURS TYPING IT...TRUST ME DONT' GO THERE! Cons: just overall bad and it's not just once its' most of the time I went there..i changed to another dealership.
