Review content:
The arrogance and incompetence of the entire organization is only exceeded by their lack of customer focus. They do not call to update the status of your motorcycle in service, their ability to diagnose problems is horrendous, the lack of caring for a customer is obvious in the way they conduct themselves. Each time my motorcycle was into their shop for warranty work it took over a month to fix, yes I said a month which in Rochester is damn near half the riding season. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate their sales and service a negative 2. It is hard to imagine people ever return there after the first bad experience. The only reason I went back is that they did not fix the problem the first time (total repair time 9 weeks). Go to Harv's in Macedon or Stan's in Batavia. If you live south east of Rochester try Geneva. I think if I broke down in front of their shop I would push the bike to Geneva on foot. Pros: Not a one Cons: Most everything, hard to list them all
