Review content:
We have done business with Lakeside Water District for about 4 years now. You don't get to choose what water district you get your water from, but I can't really complain about this one. The customer service is reasonable. The main office is fairly easy to get to, and close, so you can drop your payment there, and save yourself a stamp. I had a time when my payment was late by a few days, and I wrote them a letter asking if they could waive the late fees, which they did since it was the first time. They will waive the late few if you are not late more than twice in a 24 month period.
