Review content:
I am a very busy person and have no time for last-minute surprises or drama. B&R has a very nice website and came highly recommended to me by a colleague. I arranged to have my four-year-old female GSD rescue groomed a month ahead so that I would not miss a day of work to take her there. Imagine my surprise to receive a call the morning of the appointment asking for the name of her veterinarian, then another call about an hour later (when I had been on the road 20 minutes) to tell me that she had not had the two shots they require for grooming. I could have done that before the appointment but not the same morning. I still can not find anywhere on their website that these vaccinations are required for grooming and any pre-appointment requirements should be listed on the scheduling page. Maybe I'm overlooking it. IMHO they need to work on communicating with their customers. I'll be having Sadie groomed. elsewhere.
