This is not my first rodeo with this salon. I was here for the first time in the early nineties and received exceptional care from your team. I would have continued to come back, except my hairdresser moved to another salon and location and I followed her for almost thirty years and she left the field. I came back to your salon because I was treated very well in the past. I’ve had some of the worst experiences in salons over the past ten years, and I requested your best hairdresser for myself. Turns out that she listened to me and then I had a few very bad experiences with her. We spoke in detail about what I expected and I thought we were on the same page.
Turns out that she again did what she wanted with my haircut and now I look like a powder puff! I paid $155.00 for a cut and color and no blow dry or styling because I was very angry with the cut. I walked out with wet hair on drove home. I thought that I would see what I could do with styling today( a day later). I still look like a powder puff. The cut is horrible. I will never return. A woman’s hair and teeth are the most important thing for them.
When the owners were on site things were very good. Now it’s very difficult to tell whether anyone really cares!
