We were totally pleased with our experience from start to finish. Tom was very supportive in working with us as we were like 1st time buyers and had never had such a big expenditure before other than home buying.
Tom was always available with understanding and ideas based on our needs. (Even showed us flooring in his home!) Steve was also very supportive and available for any questions and explanations during the process. (Frankie too!).
All the workers were very hard workers and respectful professionals. I felt like everyone who came into our home totally cared to do their best for our best interests!
