This review is in response to the lack of empathy, compassion, and flexibility of a bus company who put profit over everything else. The company said they would work with us, but ultimately, we received the same "take it or leave it" attitude for the bus reservation. I am part of the group of parents from Tillman elementary that rented a bus in hopes of attending Oktoberfest in Hermann. Instead, on Sunday October 15th an armed off duty police officer opened fire at our kids' trick or treat event. Subsequently, none of feel like spending the day away from our children less than a week later. Many of us are not sleeping, eating and are barely functioning. Apparently though, this is not enough for you to let us off the hook for this bus rental. We should just buck up and hop on a bus and go to a crowded area and enjoy ourselves. Who cares if one of us has a panic attack because we're so traumatized from Sunday's events right? Your bottom line matters more. It is clear that there was no empathy for our group. $1500 is more important than our wellbeing.
