Probably one the worst run apartments I have ever lived at. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a lease sent to me to move in, I was on a strict timeline moving to start a new job. They gave me the wrong apartment number so I got internet and utilities started on the wrong apartment and they didn't tell me until my move in date. On my move in date they gave me 3 different amounts to pay up front causing me to have to go back to the bank multiple times to get cashiers checks (which is all they accept). I was put into a "newly renovated" apartment" which is probably the worst renovation I have ever seen with SUPER CHEAP materials, floors and countertops uneven, metal stuffed down the garbage disposal, holes in walls. Maintenace staff has no experience or certifications yet works on electrical and plumbing issues which almost caused my apartment to burn down. Infested with roaches. Illegally entering apartments without proper notice. Office staff is unfriendly. Fees and charges VASTYLY change each month. Sometimes I am paying $2400 sometimes $2700.
Absolutely the worst experience!
