I would recommend The Center to anyone wanting to improve the quality of their life. I almost made the mistake of not coming here because it is "Christian based". I am spiritual, but do not identify as "religious". I appreciate the respect everyone has here for each other no matter their belief systems. It is a safe space to learn and heal together. I met a lot of great people, the staff is amazing. I can't say enough great things about the whole person approach...it is just genius! I am thinking more of what I eat, keeping moving, smiling, reading but mostly HEALING! Thank you to everyone here for helping me on my journey.
