Beware!!! Took advantage of young college student!!! Brought in vehicle for NY State Inspection and he was charged $140 for diagnostic service without informing him of how much it would cost. What’s worse…. We KNEW that O2 sensor was bad and they charged $140 to tell him O2 sensor was bad!! Total scam. As a parent and owner of the vehicle, I politely called and spoke with the Owner Patrick and got nowhere! When I flat out asked if he told my son how much the diagnostic would cost, he refused to answer. Shame on them for making easy money off a college kid (his first vehicle!). Find another shop with integrity.
