We hired CWM to do a Deep Clean in our home. After the cleaners left, we did a walk through and was appalled at how bad of a job was done. I immediately emailed them with pictures, and surprisingly got a call back within the hour of the email being sent, they apologized and said they would make it right by either coming back to get the deep clean done or reduce the price they charged us. it's been 10 days and total silence. I took pictures of how disappointing it was to pay a lot of money for a deep clean, when the house was not deep cleaned at all. the floors were not scrubbed, the vanity was super dusty, the outside of the cabinets was not cleaned. Cobwebs on the stairs were not dusted. it was a terrible cleaning job, and I would not recommend dealing with this company again. this is so disappointing. I thought they would make right, but their service is as poor as the job that was done.
