I have sent a few accutron Spaceview watches to Bob Piker for repair. He can never seem to do what I ask. I just received my M7 spaceview back for the second time. He charged me for a crystal then sent it back with the original cracked crystal still installed. He said he would replace the standard second hand with the tuning fork second hand, and never did that. I sent 2 letters specifically explaining what I wanted, but he can't seem to do what I ask even though he says he will. I will never use his service again. He can't seem to remember what his customers ask for!
