Review content:
Front desk(Nash) is rude, demeaning and condescending but I guess I would wanna kill myself too if I was this obese, ugly, couldn’t grow a beard and I was a receptionist at a towing truck company(Nash).
My car got towed from a pay per hour parking garage because I was parked overnight (the gate let me in, and you would think it wouldn’t if you’re not allowed to be there after hours). My undercarriage cover got ripped off by Pollards towing. Called countless times to get my damage compensated they told me I needed to drive hours back to Towson to see it in person, so I did, they told me no manager was in that day and to come back the next day.
When I came back the manager(Perry) tried for so long to convince me that the damage wasn’t bad and repairing it would be a waste of time and its not a big deal. I stood my ground and basically demanded they fix it or compensate my repairs. The manager(Perry) finally understood that I was stubborn and wasn’t going to be walked over so he did fix and I was happy that they could fix it but got no compensation for my time/efforts/or the damage. The manager at least was somewhat helpful and understanding, although never showed me the before pictures he claimed to have.
Bottom line is that I know nothing about cars, and the manager knows I know nothing about cars. But I do know that I know nothing about cars and to trust pollards word, so even if they were being truthful that it wasn’t important, damage/undercarriage being ripped off, I will be demanding it gets fixed. They defiantly were expecting me (a solo teenage girl) to be a pushover but honestly I refuse and if you are unfortunate enough to end up at Pollards don’t be afraid to make a scene to get the bare minimum of what you deserve.
