This is a five star review for the help With my father I specifically want to highlight our social worker Alicia Lopez. She went above and beyond to support my father with his discharge. She stayed late to make sure he secured his transportation, appropriate medical equipment and Gabe updates by reaching out to find the best possible options and explaining every step of her process along the way. We are very thankful for her perseverance and kindness! By far one of the best social workers we have had during my father’s recovery! Thank you!
