they had my car for 4 days and couldn't fix my headlight issue
a month later I had an appointment for an oil leak at the oil pan, later that day they told me they wouldn't get to my car for 48 hours. i asked why didn't they make my appointment for 2 days later. Was told it doesn't work that way. called me back 1/2 hour later and was told to pick up my car they will not be working on it.
Both issues were under warranty. seems they pick and choose. Rude also.
