Simply the best medical/customer experience I've had. EVERYONE in the office is professional but incredibly warm and caring at the same time. They are always ready for me on time, but once I'm being seen, I'm always given as much time as needed to discuss my questions and concerns and never feel rushed. I've had my hearing aids ordered, remolded, fine-tuned and computer updated and been able to afford it all! I'm convinced I've had the very best hearing support possible from the most knowledgeable staff around.
