Review content:
This person goes by the name Pepe / Jose. He drives a truck BBB Flooring. His website bbbflooring.com does not work. He will show you a good deal for material and install. Unfortunately, he will say you have to give a $100 cash deposit to secure the cheaper material. Then he gives you a receipt without his name or address. He will insist on you paying all the money upfront the day he starts the job. He will say he can finish the job in one day and he will promise to do things for free. He is a scammer. He makes a living off of taking people's cash. When I asked for my deposit back he said don't call me. "I don't care what you say -- tell them I stole $30,000. I don't care." The reason he does not care is that he has made it very hard to find his business online.
He gets leads with signs on the roadside for cheap flooring for $2.50
Be Alert. Don't be lured by the "good deal." Don't give any cash up front. He cannot be trusted.
