Review content:
If I could give a -0 review I would. I bought a used car from Gladstone. I live in Eugene. Test drove the car. All good but I didn’t test the radio. On the way home I noticed the radio didn’t work but figured something was on mute and I would fix it when I got home. Wrong! I called Gladstone and got super run around. First it was the service dept didn’t tell the salesperson about the amp. Then it was the only place that I could get the car fixed was at a Portland dealership. Then it was the amp is on back order and none are available in the U.S. How about that! To top this off, Gladstone said they would pay for a second key since the used car only came with one key. After 3 weeks I called Gladstone and asked where my key was and Gladstone said they couldn’t buy one for me that I should order a key and they would reimburse me. Yeah, and I bet Gladstone has swampland in Florida to sell cheap! Bottom line, don’t buy anything from Gladstone.
