PET OWNERS BEWARE... this practice has no end of life service to offer its patients. I was a long time client. My 14 year old dog entered medical crisis, I knew that that dreaded moment had arrived. When I called I was told "sorry can't help you" then they told me that they could not see my eminently dying pet for two weeks. "Go someplace else" was their advice. This is a horrible disservice. Their approach is to have your pet suffer without attention until you can find someone else to do the tough work. THANK GOODNESS I was a prior patient of Harleysville Vet Hospital. They met us at their office in 30 minutes, on a Sunday at 7pm. It's sad and a disgrace that my vet partner failed us at the time they were needed the most. I feel bad for yet grateful to my prior vet for helping us even though we had not been to visit since 2012. North Penn will not be there when you or your pet need them the most.
