SCAM! NO ONE SHOULD USE THEM. (supposedly 24/7) they aren't 24/7. they will look for every reason to hold your car. for me they told me they were closing. and when i got back with in the agreed hour, they had everting pack inside the garage and one employee telling me their closed repeatedly even though their doors were unlocked, and no sign showing they had officially closed for the day. Again 24/7 based off their websites. The only phone interaction I had involved the other person yelling at me for it being my fault (even though I got there an hour after they told me they were opening up, even though all websites say their 24/7) for having to wait for someone to get the car out of their garage. Screw and washer in my tire. i guess they hopped i would return and ask them to fix it and not go to Pontarellis that's near by to do a patch on the tire. Very Unprofessional, no care about others property, money hungry.
