Buyer Beware. I would not build a pool with this company. They do not communicate during building process and once they have your money they do not complete the job. It's been 15 months and they still haven't completed my pool fully. No one has been able to tell me what's going on. No one responds to emails or voice-mails and you can never get anyone on the phone when you call, only receptionist. I submitted a complaint and they never responded. I guess that's why they have an F rating. Also, things keep breaking on my pool and they can never seem to fix it, always have to send someone else out who never comes. U never know if or when someone is coming, they just show up randomly. They are unprofessional to say the least and this has been the worst experience of my life. I'm hoping this helps others avoid the mistake we made.
I know others who are building or have built with them and having similar experiences. Wish I would have known before I purchased.
