I went with my friend to see the Little Mermaid on 7/31/22. The theatre smelled of mildo and the seats very uncomfortable. The female usher that was in there short dark hair and glasses was very rude and condenscending. I took a few pictures and a couple videos as did most of the people in that audience but for some reason this usher singled me out and told me that I would have to leave if I continued. I than got up to go to the bathroom and this usher literally follows me and approaches me and said put your phone away into your purse or you'll have to leave. Apparently as I was left for the bathroom the usher raced back down the aisle to watch my friend to make sure she wasn't taking pics or recording. It was beyond ridiculous with this usher. Meanwhile as I was walking back to my seat I saw most of the audience recording and taking pictures of the show and the usher said nothing to them. She just kept watching me the whole time like I was an infant. The show was great excellent performances by all but the theatre needs some work done and that usher definitely needs to go.
