Dan has been cleaning my carpets for 28 years and is still going strong. My toddler smeared lipstick all over my carpet and couch. Dan came out that day, after finishing a full day of work, and was here until he got every bit out! He continually goes the extra mile, (literally driving from Kennewick to my house in Sammamish), does a great job, is great in communication and is reasonably priced. I will never use anyone else.
