Review content:
Mr. Rooter is the local contractor for American Home Shield. I contacted AHS on 3/28/2021 and requested service for my kitchen faucet. The request was assigned to Mr. Rooter who contacted me and scheduled the appointment. The plumber came out and examined the faucet by taking a photograph. The faucet is an upgraded, high-end, touch faucet. He never examined the faucet to see if it could be repaired. While at my home he contacted AHS and then said that AHS would order the faucet and that once it arrived, Mr. Rooter would let me know and come back to install it. He could give me no timetable because AHS was going to order the faucet. He said that if I wanted quicker service, I could purchase the faucet myself locally and pay Mr. Rooter to install it. It's now been over 24 days; still no faucet; no date for delivery; no date for installation. Mr. Rooter is horrible to deal with.
