Had a home built from this builder and moved in new home May 2021. My first red flag that I hate I ignored was the price magically increased by thousands 1 day later. Denise Anderson gave my realtor the price while we toured the model. I would have signed the agreement that day but Denise didn't have laptop to send purchase agreement. When it was sent she stated that she misquote. Lie Number 1. I didn't know anything was going wrong with the building of the home until they had thousands of dollars of my money that I would lose if I walked. The yard clearly was poorly/not graded which caused water to sit. There are red clay stains on the concrete of the home as a result of poor grading. I addressed this prior to closing. I was told it would be fixed -It never was. Also, The septic tank appeared like its almost on top of the ground and not covered-How a Certificate of Occupancy was issued I am not sure. I was advised that Tim has someone downtown who is issuing them like candy for some kickback. The master bathroom shower has a slight sewer smell. My guess is that is from the septic tank that wasn't installed properly. Yes he builds pretty homes BUT if it's going to fall apart what good is it?? RUN RUN RUN away from this builder if you know what's good for you. Save yourself some heartache and money.
