Review content:
I must remark that Thomas Lee Fisher Landscaping's failure to respond to our request for service is rather disappointing but not unexpected. Considering the difficulties TLF had with obtaining permits, lack of knowledge of the local codes and a cut electrical line (that still isn't repaired), I ignored what I consider unprofessional conduct. Moreover TLF's tendency to shift blame for the problems it encountered on the job caused me to consider terminating the contract. TLF was paid in a timely manner and everything the company requested of me was provided including a survey of the property. Now I am working on correcting the apparent absence of a pop-up drain that is causing the backup of water in the sump box which TLF is ignoring. I will see if I can fix this problem myself but if not, I will hire someone who can correct this defect and then sue the company for the costs.
