I would not recommend anyone to take their animals here for grooming or boarding. I worked there and if the kennel techs were having a bad day, they would take it out on your dogs. I witnessed so many animals being hit, sprayed in the face with water hoses, whipped with the slip leads because the dog pulled, one woman threatened to break a dog's leg, and I saw her also punch the same dog in the face. The supervisor was well aware of what was happening, but she did not want to start grooming again so she told me to keep it quiet because the girl would lose her job and the supervisor didn't want to groom. The hospital manager isn't much better because I received my dogs from boarding after 4 days and they were acting terrified, and I will say my husband tried to handle things with the manager as a customer, but she decided to text me and let me know to see her in the morning. So, I saw her the next morning and she had the top vet there with us and every time he would ask me a question, she would talk over me and try to belittle what I had to say. Then she kept saying that her feelings were very hurt and blah blah blah. The topic did not stay on the animal abuse. She had told me she did not want to be associated with me due to my husband, (who had every right to be upset since our dogs could have potentially been hit or anything.) So, I ended up quitting right then and there because I didn't want to be associated with a company that doesn't seem to care that the animals will be abused. The workers that beat the animals are still there even after contacting corporate and being told it was none of my concern how they handled things since I no longer work there, so I would never recommend this place for anyone's animals to be boarded.
