we had a furnace/ac replaced on 2/4/2022.Alden was the most hard working , polite and thoughtful repairman that we have ever had. He explained the workings and how to set the new thermostat. Because my husband and I are older he took extra time with us, to make sure we understood. We will definitely call Tipping Hat again, and will recommend them highly. Thanks Alden!!
