I called in December for a quote on glass for a door. No one called back so i called them 2 weeks later. They tried to tell me someone called me. But i had no missed calls or voicemails. The female i talked to told me they needed to come back out to measure the door or something. I didn't really want to , but i agreed they came back out almost a month later in January. Then again no call back with a quote for the glass on my door. WTH really?? This is not the only glass place in town that has no called back. I'm thinking is this how people do business?? Not happy and they lost business. Maybe my door glass was not a big enough job for them. Still have not got a call back..... Bad service.
