my wife wanted contacts and since I had a good experience with Dr. Alvarado, she went there.
My wife was served by Dr. Cynthia Cupal, and recieved the worst service. When contacts were provided on second visit, they weren't correct. turns out that the Doc (??) ordered contacts for astigmatism, which my wife doesn't suffer from. This Cynthia lady was rude and impatient. The service was so bad that my wife didn't go to back for the fourth visit for contact fittings. Also, the receipts given us had no explanation of services, which means that I couldn't get reimbursed by my health provider.
Avoid this place unless you can book your appointment with Dr. Alvarado.
