When Dr. Ereio owned the practice, it was GREAT! I don't know who owns it now but I'm just about done with this place. Would give negative stars if I could. It took 6 weeks before I was told they have a part-time vet that can do the surgery then another 2 weeks before the vet confirmed the operating vet would take the case (mind you, after I called back up there to see what was going on). Then another 2 weeks before he could operate. That's a total of 10 weeks. The recovery is 12 weeks so we could have been almost done with this but instead, we are just getting started. The day of the surgery, I was scheduled to be there at 7 to drop off my dog (received 2 phone calls and an email reminding me of the time) but nobody was there until 7:10. Then, I had to take 10 more minutes to complete paperwork that could have been emailed to me to save time. When I went into the office, another person with his dog went in just in front of me so I went to the other side of the waiting room. I was told I could sit on the other side where the other dog was. I explained that my dog needed surgery on his leg and I didn't want him to do any more damage by being close to another dog who I didn't know if it was friendly or not or if the dog was going to try to play with my dog, possibly causing more injury to his leg. Then they wanted a phone number I could be reached at ALL times. Because of my job, I don't have access to a phone at ALL times so I gave my husband's number as a back up. I got a call from my husband saying the vet had just called him and said my dog could be picked up at 5 and they said they had tried to call me. Funny how cell phones show missed calls and I had no missed calls. Anyway, when I got there at 4:59, I was told he wasn't ready. I asked when he would be ready, I got an attitude from the girl who said, "He isn't ready." O.K. so I took a seat and waited 25 minutes. The girls at the front are ditzy, don't listen, and show NO sense of caring at all. They don't schedule the appointments correctly, costing me an
