TicketNinja is a giant scam. I came to them with a simple red light camera ticket, trusting their claim to dismiss my case or refund me if they couldn't. It seemed like the perfect way to get through this. So I signed up and paid the $120 for expedited service due to an approaching ticket deadline. Then they send me a form, no actual help just a premade form. I submitted the form and was still found guilty. Following that I reported the update to them and they tell me to request a new trial, which was denied. I ended up paying the full price of the ticket, and having my insurance rates go up 25%. Not only did they not refund me the money I paid them, their useless system will continue costing me money for the next several years until my record is clean.
