I called this company because of the reviews posted on Google. The answering machine answered and asked me to leave my information and that they would call me back. I left the information as requested and waited a couple of days with no response from the company.
I called the second time and a lady answered the phone. I mentioned to her that I had called and no one had returned my call. She asked me what I was interested in and I told her that we needed some decorative glass for our kitchen cabinet doors. She asked what kind of glass and I told her the one we had picked out on their website. She responded that she needed to check to see if it was in inventory.
So... I politely asked for assurance that they would indeed CALL ME BACK and she gave me the verbal assurance and said that my name and number was showing on her Caller ID. Great! ....except that was over a week ago. So we have wasted two weeks on this company because of their ability or willingness to respond.
They must have way too many customers... because they sure as heck don't want anymore. Unacceptable!
