Agree, this is the worst company/ store EVER!. Numerous promises,TERRIBLE follow through. Turns out the Sales associate says that he does his own scheduling of installations, and when checking with the store itself, they had ZERO info on file for my flooring! Scratched my flooring, still waiting for repairs. 2 plus months now and numerous excuses. PISS POOR service
