My brother lives in Henderson and called this company to fix what he believed was a main water line problem. Turns out, the only thing that needed to be fixed was the shut off valve. The plumber told my brother it could be fixed by making a small cut in the stucco outside. This is NOT what transpired. The plumber cut a 10 square inch hole in the outside wall, replaced the shut off valve with what looks to be an OLD VALVE, and when asked if he was going to fix the large hole, stated, “I’m not the drywall guy.” Not only did he install the shut off valve UPSIDE DOWN, he was paid $700 to come out, install the valve upside down and cover the leaking pipe with Teflon tape. He also only covered the hole with black duct tape because he was asked and that started falling off before the plumber was even gone. The plumber told my brother the pipe needed new gaskets which conveniently couldn’t be ordered because they are on “back order”, otherwise the top part would cost and additional $500 to replace. So not only does he have a large hole in his outside wall and drywall, he’s out $700, possibly another $200 to have someone else come out and fix the wall AND wait for the gaskets to be fixed OR pay another $500 to have the entire pipe replaced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
