Just rented Coral Sands property through Siebert for a long-awaited-for family reunion. Rented a very nice property from Siebert the last two summers and assumed this would be no different. WRONG! This property, Coral Sands, was filthy, unsafe, and lacked adequate air conditioning and water pressure for multiple showering. With 17 people, we could only shower one person at a time until this issue was fixed mid-week. Mice kept me awake at night chewing in the master bedroom walls. A broken coffee table (which appeared not to be broken) crashed onto a family member's foot. Deck safety rails fell off in your hands leaving exposed nails. When we arrived, used sheets were on the beds, mold was in most showers, and spider-filled cobwebs were throughout, etc. I must say, the realty company responded very quickly to our complaints; however, the Sales Manager refused to compensate us for the poor quality of this property and the inconvenience and so many service calls and physical harm caused to my family. The city of Virginia Beach should not allow this property to be rented until it is brought up to standard. Stay far away from Coral Sands in Sandbridge as the owners are not properly maintaining this property and ripping off the unassuming families who simply want a clean, safe and fully working home for the high prices being paid.
